The RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) program has been designed to demonstrate Rotary respect and concern for youth by coaching selected student leaders and potential leaders in methods of responsible and effective leadership through an in-depth training experience.

This annual event gives selected young men and women the opportunity to participate in a structured weekend that focuses on leadership and how each student can make a positive contribution to our society.
The program is a structured learning environment in which notable dignitaries and recognized leaders from the community interact with the students.

This gives the students a real life opportunity to employ new techniques and understandings in an experiential setting.
