March
Letters go out to Rotary Clubs requesting information about who has been assigned as their Clubís coordinating RYLA Chair.

April
Local Rotary Club Chair people receive registration information and presentation packets for their Club's nominees.

Beginning of May
Nominees are selected and registration applications are completed and mailed to RYLA with a check from the sponsoring Rotary Club.

Middle to End of May
Students and families receive a Welcome packet of information and instructions.

June
