What is the attire for the weekend?
Clean casual clothes are completely acceptable. This includes jeans and shorts. During Saturday, closed toe shoes or sneakers are preferable because there will be outdoor experiential exercises, weather permitting.
I have an important event during this weekend -- is it possible to leave?
We recognize that there is no good weekend to run this event and strongly encourage students to remain for the whole event, but we will make an occasional exception.
What is the student to chaperone ratio?
We have intentionally picked Drew University as it is a very secure site, but there is also a seven to one student to chaperone ratio broken out by gender.
Are there any expenses not covered during weekend by the Rotary Club?
All lodging, food and beverages are covered in the fee paid by the Rotary Club. However, some students like to have some pocket money for sodas out of the vending machine.
When do my parents pick me up?
Pick up is at 11AM on Sunday at the dormitory where you registered.
