Project Leadership
This course is developed directly from a long-awaited book being written by one of Armiger International partners. It is designed to encourage Project Managers to move from a reactive to a proactive stance and move away from managing documents and start leading people and teams to their greater success. As project managers understand and maximize the framework of running a project, it becomes even more important to understand how to lead within the organization. This course will deal with the soft skills and leadership requirements necessary to run a project rather than the functional processes in earlier courses. This seminar will be conducted assuming a basic level of understanding of project management principles.
