Project Management: Schedule and Costs

This course is designed to build on the Scope Management course. Once the scope is well-defined, schedule and costs need to be developed. As a clear scope and a solid schedule become less burdensome, an understanding of the actual cost of doing the job allows the Project Manager to focus on the exception issues and more proactive processes for developing and maintaining the project. The Project Management Institute thinks scheduling is so critical that they have just recently announced a special certification in Scheduling.
