Project Management in the International Arena

This course will deal with the complex and ever-expanding needs of organizations to understand and work in the international arena. During the session we will cover cultural differences as well as identified strategies to deal with them.  Participants in this course will also learn to better understand how to deal with multiple times zones and juggling of multiple priorities within the organization. Discussions will include strategies to take when working in a completely virtual environment - not just how to get the work done but how to continue to foster understanding as well as growth within a diverse team.
