Resource Management
In all projects as well as organizations, the most important resource we have resides in the individuals we manage. This course will take a long view of resource management. This means understanding what needs to be done and incorporating communication lessons to make sure individuals are focused on the same goal and moving in the same direction. The course also deals with scheduling and estimation of resource management. Lastly, the course will cover how to bring resources on board and motivate them for work (discussion format).
