Risk management is often discussed, yet it is not a well-understood process within the project management framework. Many project managers will develop risk templates and plans, but they are not able to use them to protect themselves against project failure due to risk occurrences. This course will encourage the use of a structured risk management process, as well as the use of current project scenarios to provide a better understanding of what needs to be done. An important deliverable of this session is how risk management can be one of the strong pillars in a successful project.
