Barry has over 24 years of professional experience in corporate
operations, project management and training. His expertise
in the ability to analyze and develop efficient processes

clients. His utilization of “best-practice” implementation
methodologies to manage and complete projects on time and
under budget has been recognized by both large and small organizations
throughout the United States and internationally. He possesses
the experience, vision and knowledge to utilize new technologies
and practices in achieving practical, cost effective solutions
and agreed results.
Barry’s work has included Project Management consulting
for computer service companies, international publishing organizations,
manufacturing and distribution organizations. He has performed
in both line and staff positions including the Senior Vice
President and Executive Vice President levels of major corporations.
Barry has enjoyed a strong reputation among his clients as
a person who is both practical and results oriented. A true
testimony to his ability is the number of times he is invited
back by the clients he has served.
Barry has directed numerous International and US distribution
center relocation/startups and converted them to state-of-the-art
facilities. He has managed major ERP application software
solution implementations from start-up to completion. He is
considered an expert facilitator of business process analysis
Barry is the author of a new book to be released in 2004 on
Process Flow Mapping.
