Kimberly E. Phillips
Background
Kimberly E. Phillips is a certified Behavior Analyst with a Masters degree in
Educational Psychology. She has worked with families, public school districts,
private schools, early Intervention centers and Intermediate Units throughout
New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her work has included coordinating state-wide
conferences, supervising support group facilitators, teaching a 9 week course on
behavior intervention, presenting at national conferences, and participating in
round-table discussions. She has worked with the NJ Department of Education in
developing the Core Content Curriculum Standards and assisted the Department
of Developmental Disabilities during the de-institutionalization process.
Kimberly started her own agency, Applied Behavior Consulting, back in 1999 in
order to better serve the autism population. Kimberly is responsible for making
sure Armiger International is using the best educational techniques available to
deliver the required curriculum.
Kimberly’s knowledge of educational modalities is used regularly to confirm that
the goals and objectives of courses are taught in the most efficacious way for the
intended audience to comprehend and retain the material. Kimberly is also a
primary liaison for our all our certificate process and awarding the PDUs.
She also supports Armiger International as editor of the PM Companion.
