Nathalie P. Udo, PMP

Background
Nathalie has more than 10 years of experience in project management leadership positions focusing on technology deployment, software development, business process re-engineering and project management training. She has a proven track record in complex international full life-cycle software development and enterprise implementation projects in the airline, software, insurance, health care and manufacturing industries. Ms. Udo’s clients compliment her for her project management expertise, commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to achieve project goals.

She has been integral in developing masters-level project management certification tests that obey psychometric criteria, as well as responsible for achieving 25% cost reduction in printing costs ($2.8M). This enterprise program required creating and implementing an Insurance Policy View Online system for over 30,000 users.

Nathalie is an internationally-recognized speaker on such topics as scrum methodology and making small business product development more successful, as well as the author of several successful papers on how to work with cross-functional teams.
