Ruth Nelson
Background
Ruth has designed training programs that are both inspirational
and results driven for organizations all over the United States
and overseas. Creative, energetic and passionate about her
work are words used to describe her.
With expertise in leadership and management, she has worked
in both the public and private sectors. Drawing on her vast
experience she conducts in-depth needs analyses and then designs
and implements management systems and training programs for
all levels of the organization. Additionally she is an executive
coach working with executive leadership as well as middle
and first-line managers. She has a keen awareness and appreciation
of the issues and dilemmas that arise in organizations.
The extensive and personal experience that she brings to
her seminars effectively combines management and leadership
theories and stratagems with the communication and "people"
skills necessary for today's changing environment.
Clients
Clients Ruth has worked with include Harvard Business School,
AT&T, AT&T Bell Labs, New York City Board of Education,
Warner Lambert, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts
and Command Financial Press. She has developed and designed
seminars and programs for the public and on-site division
of the American Management Association, for whom she is a
frequent lead speaker and facilitator.
Credentials
Ruth holds a Master's degree in Arts from New York University.
